Brad
Johnson strives to provide his corporate clients with creative
ideas designed to solve their risk management and insurance problems.
Mr. Johnson believes that a properly designed insurance program,
coordinated with innovative risk management techniques, will
assure that his clients' costs of managing risk are minimized.
As
a marketing executive, and then as district marketing manager
with Employers Insurance of Texas, Mr. Johnson managed accounts
ranging in size from relatively small, closely held companies
to large, publicly traded corporations. Through this experience,
Mr. Johnson developed expertise in cash flow, retro, retention,
and dividend plans, as well as in traditional guaranteed cost
plans.
Mr. Johnson's credentials include the professional designations
of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate
in Risk Management (ARM). These are the premier professional
designations in their respective fields. In addition, he
has been licensed as a risk manager by the Texas Department of
Insurance.
Mr. Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in business
administration
with an emphasis in finance from the University of Iowa.
He
also has completed 21 hours toward a master's degree in business
administration.
Prior
to entering the insurance industry, Mr. Johnson served
in the U.S. Army for five years, attaining the rank of First
Lieutenant.
He served in key positions with the Second Ranger Battalion
and with the First Cavalry Division. He was honored as
Distinguished Military Graduate of his Officer Candidate School
Class.
Mr.
Johnson
is a member of the Society of CPCU and of the Phi Gamma
Delta Alumni Association. He also is active in the Metropolitan
Baptist
