Bill Henry brings 32 years of multi-state, heavy casualty and litigation management experience to the service of Wm. Rigg Co. clients.

Mr. Henry provides seasoned guidance to insureds, providing client advocacy, claim reviews and large loss coordination and management. He also brings access to a network of seasoned claims executives who can provide timely support to our clients wherever they are needed.

He continuously promotes customer service and quality controls and has a proven record of developing and implementing innovative programs to control cost and improve accountability.

Mr. Henry provides various claims services which include: file reviews, litigation support and independent claims investigation.

Mr. Henry is a graduate of Texas Technological College in Lubbock, Texas and is President of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International.
