HARTFORD, Conn – Michael Moore of Wm. Rigg, Co. in Fort Worth, Texas has completed the New Producer Development Program conducted by Hartford School of Insurance and has been awarded the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation by The National Underwriter Company.

The program was developed by the Hartford School of Insurance, a unit of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: HIG), in coordination with The National Underwriter Company, a leading publishing and information services business for the insurance industry.

This intensive course covers the technical aspects of commercial insurance coverages coupled with the analysis of customer needs and exposures. After completing the preparatory reading, classroom study, exams and mentoring, graduates are taught to evaluate available insurance programs and recommend the most appropriate coverage programs to clients.
